The Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club in collaboration with the Woodstock Police Department and friends of the late Sgt. Katherine E. Brunelle, are proud to announce the dedication of a memorial concert celebrating the life of a committed officer, brilliant humanitarian, and loyal friend. Sgt. Brunelle of the Woodstock Police Department passed away in May of 2007. Brunelle left behind an unparalleled legacy of community policing and professionalism. Outside of her professional life, she proved time and time again to be a dedicated, loyal, and honest friend to all who knew her. With her passing, Kathy left a standard of excellence, not only in the law enforcement community, but also in the selfless acts of charity and volunteerism that she embodied. Kathy was the acting president of the Lincoln-Woodstock Rotary Club, a standout community organization priding itself in community development and valued assistance programs, particularly for young people.
